Online Coaching

Online coaching is for people who want help building a training practice that makes sense for them.That might mean getting stronger, feeling more confident in the gym, working towards more range of motion, improving general fitness, or simply having a plan instead of constantly piecing things together from social media.The goal is not to make training your whole personality.The goal is to give you enough structure, support, and understanding that you can make progress without second-guessing everything.

How it Works

1. ApplyYou fill out a short application so I can learn about your goals, training history, schedule, injuries, preferences, and what you actually want help with.2. Start Your ProgramI build your training plan and deliver it through a coaching app, with exercise videos, notes, progressions, and clear guidance for each session.3. Adjust as We GoYour program changes based on your progress, feedback, schedule, energy, and whatever life throws at you.The plan should serve the person, not the other way around.

My Approach

I care about evidence, but I do not think coaching should feel cold or mechanical.Training is physiology: strength, range of motion, cardiovascular fitness, recovery, progressive overload, and all the boring things that actually matter.But it is also preference, confidence, attention, consistency, and finding a way of practising that you can return to.I am not here to sell you a perfect system.I am here to help you understand what matters, ignore more of what does not, and build a training practice that makes sense for you.

I’m Hugh Condon, a coach and yoga teacher based in Montreal.I have been coaching and teaching for over 10 years across strength training, yoga, flexibility, movement, and general fitness.My background includes:MSc Exercise Science
